Harassment situations
Organizations are obligated to promote working conditions that prevent sexual harassment or harassment based on sex, workplace harassment, discriminatory harassment, and harassment motivated by LGBTQ+ phobia, and to establish specific procedures for its prevention and to address complaints or claims that may be filed by those who have been subjected to it (Organic Law 3/2007, Organic Law 10/2022, Law 15/2022, Law 4/2023,…). One of the most effective tools for achieving this is having a protocol in place for situations of harassment. At INGADE, we advise you on developing the most suitable protocol for your organization, so that you can comply with this obligation.
Support for Reporting Harassment
In cases of harassment, we provide procedural guidance on how to manage such situations in accordance with the approved Protocol: handling the individuals involved, conducting an investigation, and preparing a final report. We also provide timely information to those responsible for managing these situations within the organization and update the protocol annually to comply with any new legislation.
Personnel Service Designated to Investigate Harassment Complaints
If a complaint of harassment arises in the entity, we have a specialized service to investigate the same. After that, our staff issues a report on the situation so that actions can be carried out with all the information that is necessary.
