Equality Measures Plan
If your organization has more than 50 employees, you are legally required to have an equality plan. This is a structured set of measures aimed at achieving equal treatment and opportunities for women and men. At Ingade Connect, our equality experts will guide you through every step of the process.

Technical Report on Equality Measures (ITMI)
The ITMI (Integrated Territorial Mobility Report) within the organization reflects a series of measures to improve the organization’s equality situation. It is a process of collecting and analyzing data provided by the organization, using a subject-matter approach similar to that of Equality Diagnostics, to ultimately identify the measures the company adopts. These measures are a requirement of Organic Law 3/2007 for all types of organizations.
Equality Diagnosis
The organization’s gender equality assessment provides a description of the current state of equality in various internal areas. It is a process of collecting and analyzing data provided by the organization. The areas analyzed to obtain this information on gender equality may include:
